Comino
The island of Comino, cover of wild herbs (specially cumine,
from where its name comes), lies between the islands of
Malta and Gozo and is inhabited by not more than a dozen
families of farmers. Their ways and footpaths, gathered
around the unusual rocky formations, provides the only
ways of communication of the island. Ideal for those looking
for calm holidays, has some sandy coves and small bays
- like the Blue Lagoon -, where it is possible to bath
and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
