The Coliving location in Malta
The SC Campus is located in Pembroke, a quiet residential area near the lively city of St. Julians. It is a complex of four 2-storey buildings previously used by the British Navy, located around a spacious courtyard. In the buildings there are our air-conditioned apartments and studios which are accessible via spacious arcades. The arcades invite you to stay, eat, work or simply lounge around for the evening.
The exclusive inner yard is accessible via a 24-hour reception. It houses a large pool with sun deck, beach volleyball court, bar and restaurant. The patio is surrounded by arcades where you will find our conference rooms, workplaces and private offices as well as all amenities offered, such as a leisure team or IT-support.
This ensemble forms the legendary SC Coliving and Coworking Campus.
Poolhouse Restaurant & Bar
The Bar & Restaurant offers a welcoming and fun atmosphere where visitors can enjoy a variety of excellent international cuisine and engaging events. It is not just a place to eat and drink but also a hub to make new friends from around the globe, share stories, and sing together. Every week, there are welcome parties to greet newcomers and a variety of themed events like pizza nights, sushi workshops, and traditional Maltese rabbit dinners. Different kinds of activities like international nights, pong nights, and movie nights are also organized, with the events constantly changing to offer something new and exciting every time.
Paying attention to dietary needs and allergies, the restaurant serves a wide range of dishes from burgers, pasta, and pizza to omelettes, steak, and fish, with take-home options available. The Lounge Bar is open all day, providing ice-cream, snacks, sandwiches, and coffee among other items. The restaurant and bar ensure they cater to all daily meals: breakfast is available as a buffet from 08:00 to 10:00, lunch is served from 12:15 to 13:30, and dinner from 19:30 to 21:00, ensuring you are covered for all your mealtime needs during the day.

St. Julians, which is within a 15 minute walking distance, you will find a vibrant night life, a lot of restaurants and bars as well as one of the most romantic fishing harbours on the island of Malta.

The Maltese islands consists of three inhabited islands Malta, Gozo and Comino, as well as the uninhabited islands Cominotto, Filfla, St. Paul's Islands and Fungus Rock, among the warmest islands in the Mediterranean. They attract culture lovers, sun lovers and friends of the sea alike. The ideal time to be more productive is spring and autumn.
The islands are known for their historical sites, showing the successive conquests by the Romans, Moors, the Order of St John, the French and the British. On Malta there are numerous fortresses, cathedrals and megalithic temples. The official languages of the country are Maltese and English. Due to its proximity to Sicily, nearly everyone Maltese speaks Italian.
Summers are warm, winters mild. Between June and September the average temperature reaches 25°C to 30°C, the water temperature is 20°C and more. The best time to stay is spring, late summer and autumn, when temperatures vary between 16 and 26 degrees, It rains one or two days a month.
Temperatures often exceed 20°C even in winter, and rarely cooler than 15°C during the day. More rain falls (max. 13 rainy days on average in December), but after short, sometimes heavy showers it soon clears up again.

The number of foreign workers has risen sharply in recent years to almost 30 per cent of all those employed in the private sector.
There are other advantages to Malta's location: EU membership and the euro as legal tender, wage levels, English as second official language, double taxation agreements with numerous countries, company taxation, quick access to decision-makers.

In our apartments you can cook together, plan activities away from work or be inspired by the views of others. If you prefer to live on your own, our studios are for you. They consist of a bedroom, private bathroom and, of course, a fully equipped kitchenette.
